The rural-modern style with the natural materials gives the apartment an atmosphere to relax and linger.
The apartment is approx. 60 m2 in size and consists of an anteroom, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There are two bedrooms (one double and one triple) and a cozy living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa bed. In the bedrooms and living rooms there are antique boxes and seating furniture and a beautiful oak floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, wine cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as cookware and dishes, salt, pepper and sugar.

You can buy fresh pastries and regional specialties for your breakfast in the Karlo butcher shop opposite. The Karlo bakery on the main square is only a few minutes’ walk away. If you do not want to prepare your breakfast yourself, there are several uncomplicated options:

- Breakfast buffet in the Johanneszeche (approx. 200 m)
- Karlo bakery on the main square (approx. 400 m)
