In the middle of the charming village center of Illmitz, nestled between traditional wine taverns and excellent restaurants, our exclusive country house awaits you – a place of peace, relaxation and enjoyment. Despite its central location, you can enjoy incomparable peace and quiet and a fantastic view of the countryside, surrounded by old trees and romantic stork nests.

The 80 m² house is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with that certain something. The lovingly designed, private garden is a little paradise: Unwind in the saltwater pool, relax in the sauna and enjoy balmy evenings under the wine pergola with a view of the greenery. For gourmets, there is a vegetable patch with fresh herbs, salads and tomatoes – free to pick, of course.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious, fully equipped living room with kitchen that opens seamlessly onto the idyllic garden through large patio doors. In the kitchen there is a wine fridge with our range of wines for tasting. On cooler days, the rustic tiled stove in the living area ensures cozy hours.

Upstairs there are two bright bedrooms with south-facing views of the church tower and the surrounding greenery. Both rooms have access to a sheltered balcony – perfect for your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the upper floor, while a further toilet on the first floor offers additional comfort.
